Winter brings great downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country ski trails!

Our 12,000 square foot, three-level base lodge is open to the public. The handsome log post and beam building features the White Pine Grill, where families can enjoy fabulous food and drink. Ticket sales, restrooms, and the Ski School are also located in the White Pine Lodge. Reception and meeting facilities are in the lodge. On those blue sky days, we invite you to enjoy lunch on our slope-side redwood decks overlooking the ski lifts and runs. Our winter season is typically from Thanksgiving until mid-April. Summer events include mountain biking, horseback riding, backcountry fishing trips and llama trips.

Two state of the art triple chair lifts provide access to over 25 trails featuring an exciting variety of slopes from novice to advanced skiers and riders. The "Great Spirit" lift rises to the summit of Fortification Mountain with an elevation of 9,500 feet where you will find spectacular views of the Continental Divide of the Wind River Mountains, the Bridger Wilderness, Fremont Lake, as well as the Wyoming Range, the Gros Ventre Mountains, Teton Peaks, and the Uinta Range of Utah. Little Spirit provides endless fun for the little folk and those just starting out.

Cross-country ski trail mapTrail difficulty is approximately 25% beginner, 45% intermediate, and 30% advanced. Vertical drop is 1,100 feet. The highest elevation is 9,500 feet and the lowest is 8,400 feet. Most slopes are less than 30 degrees with no avalanche danger. The last few years have brought more black diamond trails, improvements to existing trails, and "Competition" free-style aerial jump hill. Nordic skiers will enjoy more than 35K of cross-country ski trails accessed from the parking lot near the lodge. 30K kilometers are groomed for classic and skating lanes, as well as access to backcountry skiing.

Downhill and Nordic skis and snowboard rentals are available at the White Pine Ski & Sports located in Level I of the White Pine Day Lodge. Lift tickets and season ski passes can be purchased on the ski hill at the White Pine Day Lodge. Skiing and snowboarding lessons are available from the Ski School at White Pine.
